Laura Hilmoe is a PMO leader with over 25 years of PPM and leadership experience in a variety of industries, currently as the Corporate Systems PMO leader at Indeed.com and recently as the HR PMO Director at Sanford Health.  She is a proven leader who loves to turn strategy into delivery, focus on continuous improvement and help to develop/mentor up and coming project managers. 

Laura is married with three children and two grandchildren.  In her free time she enjoys playing darts (in a league) and spending time with family and friends.
