Kristi Baumgartner, MBA, is the Human Resources Manager at Orthopedic Institute.  Kristi graduated from Moorhead State University with a BA in Psychology with the plan of attending graduate school and teaching psychology.  Instead, Kristi found herself quickly climbing the corporate ladder in an HR department.  In May of 2017, Kristi made the graduate school dream come true and graduated with her MBA from the University of Sioux Falls.  Kristi has practiced Human Resources for approximately 15 years with expertise mostly in small businesses where she can be more of a generalist versus a more specialized HR role.  This approach allows Kristi to accomplish and coordinate multiple projects within HR and also provide management expertise.
