Tamien Dysart is a co-founder of Think 3D, the leadership development and organizational culture consultants. Prior to launching their business in early 2016, Tamien had worked in the financial industry for varying fortune 500 companies for over 16 years. During his tenure, he had a successful track record of developing and implementing strategies and programs to help build and sustain high performing cultures and teams. He had been effective in driving high levels of associate engagement, reducing attrition and producing best in class performance and customer satisfaction results. His proven capabilities in leadership development are at the core of what led to his success in numerous cultural environments.

Tamien maintains involvement in the community serving in several ways to utilize his skills for the betterment of various organizations. He is a member of Establishing Sustainable Connections (ESC), which focuses to serve the community by providing resources for paths to personal success. They also partner with another non-profit to focus on the leadership development of our emerging workforce. Tamien is a long time Junior Achievement (JA) volunteer as well. He received an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and a BA in Business Management from Colorado Technical University and his MBA in Business Administration from the University of Sioux Falls.

Tamien’s presentation will be a discussion of how businesses can maximize potential by enhancing the workplace environment, developing a healthy eco-system, and focusing on leadership and employee development.  These strategies will create long a lasting and sustainable culture that fuels future success.
