CoP: A Day in the Life of a Business Analyst

In this session, we will learn about what a typical day might look like for a business analyst within an IT department and key concepts about business analysis.

Presenter:  Kenneth Gratz, Lead Business Analyst (Sanford Health)

Bio: Ken has a Bachelor's degree in Management and an MBA from North Dakota State University. He has been at Sanford health for the past 3 years as both a Senior and Lead Business Analyst. Prior to joining the Sanford team, Ken spent 6 years as a BA at the City of Sioux Falls. He lives in Hartford, SD with his wife and 3 children and likes to spend his free time outdoors playing golf, camping or boating.
