Communities of Practice (CoP) (w/Webex)

The Lean Agile Community of Practice focuses on delivering knowledge and providing a virtual networking forum for lean agile practitioners. This includes anyone interested in, working in, or impacted by developments in the collection of good practices, principles and techniques in lean agile project management.

Focus: Communities of Practice

Don't fix problems, copy successes. CoPs enable practitioners to share knowledge, skills, and lessons learned with people across the organization. Come and discuss how CoPs are a great way to build a culture of professional networking, relationships building, knowledge sharing, and common skills.
