Implementing Scaled Agile (CoP)

The Lean Agile Community of Practice focuses on delivering knowledge and providing a virtual networking forum for lean agile practitioners. This includes anyone interested in, working in, or impacted by developments in the collection of good practices, principles and techniques in lean agile project management.

Focus: Implementing Scaled Agile (CoP)

This presentation builds on the presentation from last month, Scaling Agile. We will discuss the basic building blocks for planning and implementing scaled agile. Then explore the hybrid options for organizations that are migrating towards agile, but still rooted in waterfall. Last but not least, demonstrate basic artifacts and tools that may prove useful for organizing and focusing staff towards a common end point.
