The Lean Agile Community of Practice focuses on delivering knowledge and providing a virtual networking forum for lean agile practitioners. This includes anyone interested in, working in, or impacted by developments in the collection of good practices, principles and techniques in lean agile project management.

Focus: Creating and Coaching Agile Teams

Reviewing team dynamics in creating and coaching agile teams. We will look at the concepts to some use cases in agile team facilitation. Bring some Issues with positive and negative connotations to this meeting to discuss best practices of being an Agile team facilitator.
