Lean Agile Leaders(CoP) (w/Webex)

The Lean Agile Community of Practice focuses on delivering knowledge and providing a virtual networking forum for lean agile practitioners. This includes anyone interested in, working in, or impacted by developments in the collection of good practices, principles and techniques in lean agile project management.

Focus: Lean-Agile Leaders

It is the managers, leaders, and executives that ultimately own the responsibility for adoption, success, and continuous improvement of the systems in which teams operate. Only the leaders can create the environment for advancing teams to flourish and produce value. We will discuss the role of lean agile leaders and provide examples of coaching and encouragement for practitioners.
