Using parable style, Lencioni begins by telling the story of how a new CEO of a struggling Silicon Valley firm took control of a dysfunctional executive committee and helped the members succeed. Lencioni also offers explicit instructions for overcoming the human behavioral tendencies that he says corrupt teams.
Our discussion will include a discussion of the dysfunctions pyramid and a cross walk between business and project teams.
