2018 Symposium Scaled Agile Framework Workshop

This workshop will provide participants with a good understanding of what the Scaled Agile Framework is and will provide some simulation of the use of the techniques. If your company is currently using Agile development methods or are considering doing so, this is a great workshop to get you exposed to this framework. 

PMI Sioux Empire has partnered with InLign Solutions over the past several months to introduce this framework to the Lean-Agile Community of Practice.   InLign Solutions also held a Leading SAFe with Certification workshop in May with a group of 17 individuals from the Sioux Falls area.  Any participant is welcome and there is no prerequisites or requirement to have attended previous sessions or certification workshops to attend this track at the PMI Symposium
