Our presenter, Kristi Baumgartner, MBA, and Human Resources Manager at Orthopedic Institute, will include a historical look at interviewing with a review of best practices of a traditional interviewing system.  Our speaker will then discuss the transition into the next generation of interviewing, where interviewing and sourcing collide!!!  This will include the latest techniques on interviewing and sourcing to bring in quality candidates.  Topics will include a  discussion of the 1 week or 1 project interviewing methods, and how they will disrupt industries and regional preferences.
