Personal Accountability (CoP)Facilitator: Jennifer Schmidtbaur The number one belief about personal accountability is that “everyone else should be more accountable”! We’ll dig deep into how we can each exhibit highly accountable behavior in the midst of challenging work and life situations. Focusing on what we truly can control, and letting go of what we can’t, leads to a less stressed, more empowered life.
