There are Three Types of Mindsets - Which Group are You in?Facilitator: Becky Heisinger, MBA, PMP, CGMS Focus: 2020 has been an eventful year. We have experienced a variety of ups and downs, uncertainty, and opportunities. How have you responded? Have you seized opportunities, or has negative thoughts interfered or maybe a mix of both? Having a strong desire to succeed and staying focused on your goals for the long haul are characteristics of a growth mindset. During this engaging, interactive one hour Community of Practice session, we will explore the concept of a growth mindset and what the difference is between a fixed, mixed, and a growth mindset. We will take a short quiz to evaluate where you are on the growth mindset scale and how, as a project manager, you can improve your growth mindset and inspire others to do the same. The best part of the session is learning from others. Come ready to discuss how your growth mindset has helped you develop into an effective project manager, and you never know who you may inspire!
